On Point Women Warriors Writing Workshop

MilSpeak, a military community arts foundation, and Wounded Warrior Project present the On Point Women Warrior Writing Workshop on June 8-10 at the Queens University of Charlotte.

Because YOU have a story… a story that matters!

Whether writing for self-reflection, a family legacy, or publication, you’ll discover the empowering value of owning your stories, as well as how to write and publish them, during this free weekend On Point workshop led by a team of veteran-authors, professional speakers, and academically qualified writing instructors: Jerri Bell, Paula Broadwell, Tracy Crow, Mary Doyle, Brooke King, Abby E. Murray, Anne Visser Ney, Sally Parmer, Kate Hendricks Thomas.

The event includes a Friday night welcome reception, seminars and breakout sessions on Saturday, and a small-group workshop with feedback on your writing on Sunday.

Workshops are open to all women servicemembers, veterans, and caretakers. Travel costs are not included. For more information, contact Tracy Crow (tracy@milspeakfoundation.org).
