Veterans Special - Theme: Tribute to Alex Mallory at the Lucid Body Performance Salon.

Alex Mallory has been committed to veterans in the arts since 2011. She has been a crucial advocate for creating awareness and outreach on the most difficult issues facing our veterans today such as homelessness, suicide, MST, and addiction. She has directed shows such as “Goliath” and “Dijla Wal Furat, Between the Tigris and Euphrates.” She has curated events and created artistic opportunities for veterans with Poetic Theater Productions, the Veteran Artist Program and more. She has also helped to give further voice to veteran stories through her work with The Telling Project.

Alex Mallory is a trusted civilian who listens to the veterans as well as facilitates their journey to find their voice.
