On March 31, 2021, the UBS Veterans Network, in partnership with Veterans on Wall Street (VOWS) and the Bob Woodruff Foundation hosted a live fireside chat with General Jacqueline Van Ovost, Commander of the Air Mobility Command at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. The command serves as U.S. Transportation Command’s air component, executing the air mobility mission in support of the joint force, allies and partners with a fleet of nearly 1,100 aircraft. General Van Ovost is a highly decorated service member with over 4,000 flight hours.

A staunch advocate for women as well as equality both in and out of the Armed Forces, General Van Ovost will talk about her inspiring story from how she was once barred from fighter jets to becoming the military’s only woman in a Four Star leadership position.
