Blue Star Families presents their 2019 Community Connected Impact Survey, running August 15-Sept 3, 2019.

They need active duty service members, veterans, National Guard, Reserve, and their families in the New York Tri-State region to speak up about their military life challenges. Using this data, they will empower military families to thrive – not just survive – in those communities by identifying needs for resources and support.

This survey should take around 15 minutes to complete. Completion of every survey question is not required for you to be eligible to win the survey incentive: a $100 gift card!
