The Columbia Veterans Creative Writing Workshop is a free course open to all Columbia affiliates (Current Undergraduate, Graduates and Alumni Staff, Faculty) who are veterans or military family members. 

The course runs October 1 - December 10, 7:30-9pm. 

Students will have the opportunity to be workshopped by their peers and to receive written feedback on their writing from instructors. There will be short readings of poetry, fiction, and nonfiction, as well as in-class writing exercises. The class will also feature guest speakers, who will talk to students about their work in the professional writing world.

This course is open to writers of all levels working in any genre.
