Stress is Gone provides free online workshops to help Veterans de-stress during the coronavirus pandemic every Tuesday and Thursday from 2-3pm (EST).
Founder Brett Cotter facilitates each session by sharing free stress management tools and techniques, followed by a Q&A. The workshop also guides the group through exercises to release tension, stress, and anxiety. Each session ends with a 20-minute guided meditation session.
