Facilitated Enroller - All Shifts, Full-time ($19/hr). Educate consumers on the ABD program and different medical assistance programs that may be available to them. Assist consumers to complete the medical assistance application/re-certification application by collecting applicable documents needed. Outreach and Promote the ABD program to NYC Community Based Organizations.

Quality Assurance Associate - All Shifts, Full-time ($20/hr). Track Enroller errors, returned, rejected, deferral, approved ABD spreadsheet daily. Work with PHS management and subcontractors in resolving discrepancies. Follow-up with HRA, subcontractors & PHS to resolve outstanding cases.
