Deputy Chief Diversity Officer MWDBE/SDVOB Contract Compliance - $100,000-$125,000/yr
Oversees the supervision of the MWDBE/SDVOB Contract Compliance Unit and will be responsible for MWDBE/SDVOB Goal setting, Monitoring and Enforcing of the MTA’s Organization-wide MWDBE/SDVOB Program. In addition, this position is responsible for project closeouts, contractor evaluations and in conjunction with the MTA operating Agencies, resolving all MWDBE/SDVOB related issues.
Deputy Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer (DCECO) - $129,000-$161,000/yr
Responsible for: (1) ensuring that Employees and Board members have the proper advice and resources for discharging their ethical duties; (2) facilitating the orientation of new Board members and assist in Board member training and development; (3) maintaining key corporate documents and records; (4) monitoring MTA’s corporate disclosure; (5) monitoring corporate governance developments; (6) assisting the Board in tailoring governance practices to meet the Board's needs; (7) acting in place of the Chief Ethics, Risk and Compliance Officer (“CERCO”) in all matters pertaining to MTA’s governance, ethics and compliance programs, and (8) developing, planning, directing, coordinating, monitoring and administering MTA’s policy lifecycle management program across the entire MTA enterprise, including both All Agency and Agency specific policies and procedures.
