CBT-I is a well-established, effective form of therapy that focuses on improving your sleep.
Do you feel tired and fatigued throughout the day? do you experience stress around COVID-19 or military service that has negatively effected your sleep? Do you want to learn habits to get better and more restful sleep?
There is no minimum service requirement. All veterans are welcome regardless of service record.
