The Posse Veterans Program identifies, trains, and supports groups of ten veterans who will pursue their bachelor's degrees together at Vassar College, Wesleyan University, or the University of Virginia. Posse Veterans Scholars receive pre-collegiate training, continued mentoring, career guidance, and guaranteed full-tuition coverage beyond federal benefits. From the military to the classroom, always with your Posse.
Posse provides wrap-around support services, including:
- Alternative admissions process with application guidance
- Full-tuition scholarship if and when federal benefits run out, regardless of Chapter 33 status
- Designated on-campus mentor to be your advocate and advisor
- Pre-collegiate training to fully prepare you for this transition
- Extensive career programming
- And more!
You can apply to start school at Vassar, Wesleyan, or the University of Virginia in the fall of 2021 up until February 8, 2021 with a 3-round virtual interview process taking place from January to March.
