Yant Studio is the first upscale tattoo studio in Forest Hills, Queens. A veteran-owned business, Yant Studio provides flexible work hours, a chill work environment, opportunities for career growth and other perks.

They are preparing for business growth and looking for permanent Receptionists (part-time) who can work Sunday - Monday from 12-9pm (schedule will be assigned). Veterans are welcome to apply. Compensation is $15 per hour with additional perks and opportunity to grow with the studio.

You must:

• Be customer service oriented
• Be a multi-tasker and a team player
• Be able to work with G-Suite (i.e. Google Docs, Google Meet, Google Calendar)
• Be able to work with social media (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter)
• Be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to work both independently and in a team

Job Description:

• Provide the best customer service experience for clients (greeting clients, getting client’s information, and taking payment)
• Answering clients questions via phone, email, text, and social media
• Efficiently scheduling artists appointments and resolving possible scheduling conflicts
• Cleaning the studio (disinfecting the space, vacuuming & mopping floors, straightening of space)
• Summarizing daily appointment table
• Provide weekly supply inventory
