Blue Star Families partners with the COVID Collaborative for a new Pulse Check to gain insights from military families, like yours, about your ability to access the vaccine. Decision makers like the DoD and VA need to hear from you to better understand how to address issues and remove barriers to access.
This survey is open to military-connected adults (18 and older) regardless of current military affiliation, takes 7-10 minutes to complete, is voluntary, and your responses will be kept confidential. You may withdraw your participation in this survey at any time and skip any questions you prefer not to answer. Responses are analyzed in aggregate, and unattributed quotes may be used in public-facing materials.
