The Hope For The Warriors presents their Memorial Day 30x30 Virtual Fitness Challenge through the month of May.
This 30-day challenge was designed with two goals in mind:
Provide community, motivation and support as you reach your fitness goals with at least 30 minutes of physical activity for 30 days.
Honor and remember fallen service members that have given the ultimate sacrifice for our nation.
Participants will log any type of physical activity for 30 days for a minimum of 30 minutes each day on the Challenge website.
