Team RWB announced that it will acquire Shootout for Soldiers (SFS), a nonprofit organization using lacrosse as a platform to support American veterans and foster community engagement. As part of the acquisition, Team RWB is hiring a Program Manager. Reporting to the Deputy Director, the SFS Program Manager is primarily responsible for hands-on oversight of multi-event operations, registration, and touring.
This is a cross-functional position that will work hand-in-hand with Team RWB's marketing, sponsorships, and merchandising teams. This position will also work collaboratively with volunteers in each of the local markets, and aim to expand the presence of Team RWB and Shootout for Soldiers in each region. The Program Manager has a touch point to all elements of the business, ensuring a high-level, high-quality event from registration through participation. This role is critical in expanding Team RWB's fundraising efforts, and contributes to growing regional and national awareness of the organization.
Compensation is competitive among nonprofits and commensurate with skills/experience.
