Unite Us is looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to join their growing team that’s transforming health and social services. The Graphic Designer will be working cross-functionally with their Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to support their company’s growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying areas of opportunity to enhance their brand and streamline the visual experience of their target customer and partner audiences. Working closely with their Digital Marketing Manager and design team, you will lead the creation of assets such as slide decks, flyers, pamphlets, social media graphics, and more.
This position involves developing creative materials to support company growth and KPIs, boosting network and client success, and helping communicate the power of the Unite Us brand. You will be an integral part of distributing engaging and meaningful content that will increase their brand awareness and customer acquisition.
They are looking for someone who is organized, creative, passionate about social issues, and understands the impact of meaningful content. You must be skilled at distilling complex ideas into simple formats. Experience designing in Google Docs and Slides, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, and Figma is a plus.
What you’ll do:
Manage the design of all Unite Us-branded print and web materials such as presentations, flyers, whitepapers, and more.
Ensure brand compliance to detailed Brand Guidelines, applying them to different platforms and materials, and offering improvements when needed.
Direct a sustainable long-term strategy for strengthening and streamlining the Unite Us brand for a variety of audiences across the country.
Streamlining design efforts across several domains – working closely with Marketing, Product, and other teams to deliver on a unified visual experience.
What’s required:
At least 5+ years of experience managing visual identity at a mid to large-sized company.
A strong understanding of design principles and grasp of security principles and accessibility requirements.
Experience creating customizable company templates and materials for a rapidly-growing team (using Google Docs, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite).
Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Strong organization and project management skills.
