The New York State United Court System Office for Justice Initiatives will commence the Virtual Court Navigator Pilot Program.

Virtual Court Navigators can help you:

prepare for court appearances

learn about free court resources

organize your papers and thoughts

get answers to general questions

obtain referral to legal service providers

navigate the court webpages

and more

Upon completion of an intake form, court users will be matched with a specially trained and supervised court navigator to assist them.

Although the pilot program is operating through the Erie County Surrogate Court's Help Center and the 9th Judicial District Help Center (Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, and Westchester counties), there are navigators available to assist court users from other jurisdictions.

Community events on ourveterans.nyc is a free service managed through Pathfinder Labs, Inc., a NYC-based service-disabled veteran-owned and woman-owned small business. Events are posted within one business day of receiving complete details from a provider, program, or organization.
