The Resolution Project is seeking a Development Coordinator. This is a full-time position that pays $20-22 per hour with a competitive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, covered at 100% for the employee. Position summary:
The Development Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Development and the Development and Communications team to support all aspects of Resolution’s fundraising and communication activities, including corporate partnerships, foundation support, major gifts, annual giving, community fundraising, external communications, and development-related logistical and administrative support. The candidate will contribute to the creative growth of Resolution and will help manage several key development and communications projects and processes; handle multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met, and develop a deep understanding of Resolution’s Fellows and programs to be able to effectively communicate our impact to donors. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and inquisitive, and ready to jump into a variety of projects to support the fundraising goals of the organization.
The candidate must have a flexible schedule and be prepared to join phone and in-person (once offices reopen)meetings earlier and later than regular business hours, including some weekends, with appropriate schedule modifications and/or compensation.
Required qualifications:
Minimum of one year of professional or strong internship experience.
Extremely organized with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
Demonstrated commitment to learning and meeting high standards on a tight schedule.
Proactive self-starter with the ability to work well independently, as well as with staff, volunteers, and external partners.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and good judgment.
