The Travis Manion Foundation is holding a Collection Drive for Afghan Families.
The collection drive is this season’s Operation Legacy Project. The NYC chapter is leading an effort to support Operation Allies Welcome. They are collecting items through an Amazon wishlist to support everyday needs of our Afghan allies currently at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. If you are able, please consider donating - the items needed range in prices and every purchase helps! To make it as easy as possible, you can simply order through the Amazon wish list!
Instructions for Ordering:
1. Access the wishlist through this link (please note - you must add item to cart directly from this page):
The collection drive is open now through November 30th, so please consider sharing with your networks. It would be great for the families to have some comfort going into the holidays.
2. Click on the items you wish to donate and select “add to cart”
3. Go to your cart and select “proceed to checkout”
4. Under “Other addresses” please select ‘Rebecca Forbes’ Gift Registry Address’ and use this address for shipping
5. Add a gift note if you would like
6. Select your payment method and confirm your order!
