The Association of Defense Communites (ADC) introduces Defense Community Champions, a new program focused on recognizing the work of people whose actions make a difference in the lives of our military, military families, and veterans. "Champions" are leaders on base, in their communities, and across the federal government and industries.
The deadline to nominate is Friday, December 31, 2021.
What makes a Champion?
ADC has been telling the story of community champions for years through their magazine, America's Defense Communities, and while they are not officially part of this program, their stories provide a great example of the people and stories ADC is interested in highlighting as Defense Community Champions.
