Veterans Yoga Project Mindful Resilience

Laverne Glover (200hr. MRY instructor) of Veterans Yoga Project will offer Mindful Resilience Yoga classes to veterans and their family members on Monday and Wednesday evenings, 6-7pm in Freeport, NY.

Mindful Resilience is a collection of mind-body exercises that can help participants breathe easier, focus more clearly, move more freely, rest deeper and with an attitude of gratitude, and remember what is working in their lives.

Classes begin Monday, March 14, 2022.
