The New York City Division of Veterans' Services' VA Claims Unit is processing Veterans Affairs (VA) claims for NYC veterans and their families. Their team provides quality service, advocacy, guidance, and assistance on the claims review process. The VA Claims Unit works diligently to help prepare and package a VA claim that is substantial, valid, and clearly identifies the pertinent information relevant to the claim.

marriage certificate (if available)
decision letter (if prior claim submitted)

VA medical evidence that supports claim
private doctor medical evidence that supports claim
