You  may qualify for free dental services through Dental Lifeline Network if you are a veteran or an active duty service member who is low income AND one of the following:

Age 65+

Permanently disabled

Medically fragile

Services are provided by volunteer dentists across NYC.

This opportunity is open to veterans and active duty service members, regardless of discharge status who have served at any time in one or more of the following:

US Army/US Army Reserves

US Navy/US Navy Reserves

US Marine Corp/US Marine Corp Reserves

US Air Force/US Air Force Reserves

US Coast Guard/US Coast Guard Reserves

New York Army National Guard

Another State Army National Guard

Air National Guard

Must be willing to provide proff of military status, NYC residency, disability status, medical fragility, and income.
