NHS Brooklyn Community Development Corporation invites disabled veterans and frail, elderly veterans to apply for Home Help for Heroes.  This program offers FREE home-accessibility improvements including ramps, walk-in showers, grab bars, chair lifts, door widening, kitchen modifications, and more.

Income limits apply.
