Attend Knitting Lessons for Veterans on March 13, 5:30-7:30pm. This will be a beginner knitting lesson for veterans that are interested in learning to knit. All supplies will be provided.
There have been studies done that prove that knitting is a great coping mechanism for depression, anxiety, ptsd or just everyday life stress.
