    Veterans Day Parade 2018

    Don't miss the 2018 Veterans Day Parade on November 11. The opening ceremony begins at 10:30am in Madison Square Park. The parade follows at approximately 11:15am - 3pm along 5th Ave. You can also see the broadcast on PIX11, American Forces Network and live stream on military.com from 12pm-3pm.

    Saint John's Cathedral in Paterson, NJ

    Veterans Day Memorial Mass

    St. John's Cathedral in Paterson, NJ, hosts a Veterans Day Memorial Mass on November 11, 11:30am. A World War I plaque rededication ceremony will follow. Honoring the 21 fallen parishioners of St. John's Cathedral and the 100th Anniversary of the Armistice of WWI.

    American Airlines Theatre in New York, NY

    AITAF 10th Annual Broadway Show

    Arts in the Armed Forces holds their 10th Annual Broadway Show on November 12. Enjoy a staged reading of True West by Sam Shepard, directed by Sam Gold. 

    Free reception begins at 5:30pm. Performance begins at 7pm, with a Q&A with the cast and creative team following at 9pm.

    The entire event is free for veterans, current servicemen and women, military families and caregivers (proof of service required).

    Inaugural Mets Military Transition Summit

    The New York City Mets offer the Inaugural Mets Military Transition Summit on November 13, 9:30am - 3pm. 

    Various Workshops include: Digital Networking, Resume Building, Interview Preparation, Entrepreneurship, Veterans' Panel, Resume Review, and Career & Education Networking.

    The event is open to transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses, with a capacity of 100 attendees.
