This hike is somewhat challenging but incredibly scenic as you'll pass multiple streams and ponds along the way, all while fully immersing yourself in the forest of Fahnestock State Park. Take a few hours out of your day to explore the outdoors and get to know fellow hikers!

You'll meet Bill at the Appalachian Trailhead Parking Lot on Dennytown Road at 9 AM on Saturday, February 18th.

Make sure to check the weather before leaving and dress appropriately. We'll have ice and snow related equipment available to borrow if necessary.

For this outing, we recommend bringing:
- At least 64oz (2 liters) of water
- Multiple snacks or a lunch
- Winter layers
- Hand warmers
- A bag
