Blue Star Families will host Science of Sharks!, a virtual event that is part of the Blue Star Summer 2022 series, on Wednesday, June 22, 3pm EDT.

Join Blue Star Families and WAVE Foundation at the Newport Aquarium to learn how living things can impact the environment around them. The focus will be on sharks and the critical role they play within the ocean environment as they mainly feed on sick fish in the ocean, making them critical in keeping fish populations healthy. Then, they'll talk about how YOU can go on a scavenger hunt in your neighborhood to find the impacts of living things around you.
