Bunker Labs Virtual Agriculture Entrepreneur

Bunker Labs presents a virtual Military Veteran to Agriculture Entrepreneur event on October 27, 3pm (EST).

Zephrine Hanson, Air Force veteran, founder of Hampden Farms and recent winner of WeWork’s $10K Black entrepreneurs grant, discusses her journey as a military veteran to becoming an entrepreneur in agriculture. Zephrine will share how strategic partnerships have led to business success.

Derrick Jackson is a recently transitioned Army veteran and the founder of Grass Grazed, a farm on a mission to produce protein with the promise of integrity raised with ethical practices and regenerative farming methods. Derrick’s family farm was recently highlighted in USA Today.

Zephrine and Derrick join Bunker Labs to discuss agriculture and farming entrepreneurial paths. How can you get a farm up and running? How can strategic partnerships and community connections help to grow your business? In addition, they'll discuss how to leverage media outlets, grants and pitch competitions for business!
