Disability Protections Symposium

The New York City Commission On Human Rights and Disability Rights presents the 1st Disability Protections Symposium: Creating Discrimination Free and Accessible Communities on October 17, 10am-2pm. This will be an all-inclusive disability symposium that will address the needs and rights of people with developmental disabilities, people with mental health needs, and people with physical disabilities, including those who are deaf, hearing impaired, blind or visually impaired and those who have experienced traumatic brain injury. 

Lunch is provided, with workshops in the afternoon.
