The Dignity Memorial Funeral Providers of New York City offer a free bus trip to Calverton National Cemetery on May 30. A remembrance ceremony will take place in the cemetery assembly area with guest speakers, patriotic songs, folding of the flag, a dove release, Taps and more. This year, they will also honor those indigent veterans who have no family. After this ceremony, family and friends can visit the graves of their loved ones before bus departs for return trip home. Trip includes refreshments.
