Intrepid After Hours: To the Moon and Stars

Intrepid Air, Sea & Space Museum will hold a special Intrepid After Hours event, To the Moon and Stars, on Tuesday, March 1, 4:30-8:00pm for current and former service members only.

Take a tour through space and time, from the early days of space travel during the space race, when Intrepid served as a NASA recovery vessel, to present-day explorations of Mars. Hear stories of daring astronauts and get up close to model replicas of the Perseverance Mars rover and Ingenuity drone on temporary loan from NASA. Then, continue the conversation over dinner.
