Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum will host Astronomy Night on Friday, September 30, 5-9pm.
The museum will open to the public for free from 5:00pm-9:00pm and will include a talk between Apollo 13 astronaut Fred Haise and former NASA astronaut Mike Massimino about Haise's new book Never Panic Early: An Apollo 13 Astronaut's Journey. Educational activities, demonstrations, and stargazing with local astronomers will also be available throughout the evening!
Current and former service members who pre-register will enjoy preferred entry to the Museum and the option to receive one free copy of Never Panic Early per household.
