Join Bob Woodruff Foundation for an expert panel discussion about food insecurity on February 4, 1-2pm (EST), moderated by Bob Woodruff, ABC News correspondent and co-founder of the Bob Woodruff Foundation.
They'll focus on defining food insecurity, including the difference between food insecurity and hunger, the prevalence of food insecurity in military and veteran communities, the systems that influence these issues, and where the current breakdowns occur within those systems.
The panel will open with remarks from Craig Newmark, BWF board member (founder of Craig Newmark Philanthropies and craigslist), and champion for food security and veteran well-being and BWF Chief Executive Officer Anne Marie Dougherty, and features Chief Program Officer Margaret “Meg” Harrell, Ph.D. in the role of discussant.
