New York City Bar presents Legal Issues Affecting Veterans With Disabilities: Caring for Those Who Have "Borne the Battle" on November 6, 9am-1pm. 

On returning home from active duty, veterans with disabilities and health conditions are often faced with myriad of challenges. With Veterans Day around the corner, this program seeks to shed light on a number of important issues impacting veterans with disabilities, including benefits, accommodations, and the practical challenges of reintegrating into day-to-day life. The goal of this program is to empower lawyers interested in helping those who, in the words of Abraham Lincoln, have "borne the battle."
