The Legal Services Corporation hosts a Veterans Day Forum on November 11, 9:30am-12pm. Attend panels including: How Corporate Counsel and Civil Legal Services Organizations' Pro Bono Projects Serve Veterans; Medical Legal Partnerships Operating in Veterans Affairs' Medical Centers; and Innovative Civil Legal Services Programs and Projects Serving Veterans.

Dean Trevor Morrison of New York University Law School and American Bar Association President Judy Perry Martinez will speak at the Forum. Attorneys from several legal aid organizations across the country and representatives from veterans advocacy organizations will attend, as well as corporate counsel from Fox Television Stations, LLC and Marsh & McLennan Companies who, along with their local civil legal services organization, developed programs and projects to serve veterans. These guests will speak about how corporate counsel and civil legal aid can serve veterans, describe how medical-legal partnerships operate in Veterans Affairs’ medical centers, and highlight innovative civil legal service programs and projects serving veterans.
