Lincoln Center wants to fill two job openings in the IT Department, and they’re very interested in interviewing veterans with the hope of placing them in the positions. Support Technician and Support Technician - Nights are available.

Support Technician
Overview:
Reporting to the Manager – Support Services, the Support Technician is responsible for the maintenance and administration of the end-user technology environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage support requests via the tools provided
With the manager, proactively administer the end-user technology environment using tools such as but limited to MS SMU and SMS, ePolicy, McAfee Enterprise, Ghost, Microsoft Office 365, etc.
Provide desktop support services to the employees and constituents for which LCPA’s IT department is responsible.
Under direction of the Director, Infrastructure and Services, lite network administration duties might be required
Responsible for all desktop operating system and application revisions/upgrades/implementations.
Keep current with emerging technologies and provide suggestions regarding products that may be beneficial to Lincoln Center.
Manage projects on an as assigned basis.
Troubleshoots system performance issues, develop and implements technical solutions related to applications, hardware, software and other corporate systems
Working knowledge in AD, Exchange, VPNs, Firewalls, Wireless, and Network security
Positively represent the IT department and Lincoln Center whenever necessary, regardless of topic
Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science or related field of study
2 -3 years supporting a windows desktop environment
Excellent hands-on technical and functional knowledge of the desktop as well as the back-end tools to properly provide administration such as Windows10, full MS Office365 suite, MS Office 2016 for Windows and MAC, latest MAC OS
MCSE or other certifications desired
Knowledge of Cisco Network administration a plus
Excellent project and time management skills is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Any HTML knowledge or experience would be a plus
Support Technician - Nights
Overview:
Reporting to the Manager – Support Services, the Support Technician – Nights is responsible for datacenter operations, desktop support, and level 1 box office and call center support. Additionally, this position will be responsible for other projects on an as needed basis.
Responsibilities:
Manage support requests via the tools provided
With the manager, proactively administer the end-user technology environment using tools such as but limited to MS SMU and SMS, ePolicy, McAfee Enterprise, Ghost, Microsoft Office 365, etc.
Provide desktop support services to the employees and constituents for which LCPA’s IT department is responsible.
Responsible for all desktop operating system and application revisions/upgrades/implementations.

Supply Level 1 technical support for LCPA’s ticketing operation in support the box offices (Alice Tully Hall, David Geffen Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center,) and call centers (LCPA’s Center Charge).
As directed by the Director – Infrastructure & Services, assist with the execution of setup, testing, and implementation network tasks.
In communication with Application and/or Web Administrative personnel, monitor the health of our web environment.
