Steven A. Cohen Military Family Center at NYU Langone Health has introduced a new group to meet the unique needs of military children. The group will address the unique needs of military children, ages 14-18, with emotional or behavioral problems.

Participants in the group will have the opportunity to learn Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Interpersonal Effectiveness skills. This small, interactive group is offered to children and family members of veterans and current service members as well as veterans of all eras. These services are free and confidential.

The program runs 12 weeks on Wednesdays, 3-4pm.

Enrollment is open now and closes October 5, 2020.
