Mindful Yoga for Veterans

Mindful Yoga is a practice accessible to everyone, regardless of yoga experience, age, size, fitness or flexibility. It comprises, physical movement, breathwork, meditation and restorative postures, with an emphasis on alignment, curiosity and stress relief. The practice can be summarized as "breathe•move•rest•laugh". 
Classes are held every Saturday at The Three Jewels. Free for Veterans; $15.00 for Civilians.
