NYC Shape Up Strength By Bands

If you are looking for a workout that builds strength, endurance, and challenges your core, try Strength by Bands on January 18, 10:30-11:30am. This circuit training will encompass a full body workout and build strength, endurance and core.

Make sure to bring water. Veterans welcome – class is led by a Marine veteran. Multiple dates available.
