Join ARTE for walk-in gallery hours of the Drones Quilt Project traveling exhibition to learn about the use of art to bring attention to the thousands of deaths caused by U.S. combat missiles. The exhibition will be open to the public until June 30 with viewing hours from 12pm to 5pm.
The Drones Quilt Project is a way to raise awareness about the illegal and immoral use of combat drones by the United States, and to memorialize those killed by them. Quilts on display were made by individuals from around the world to commemorate civilian victims of weaponized drone strikes in Somalia, Yemen, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, and other countries.
