Skills for Adult ADHD: Prioritizing and To-Do Lists

The Cohen Military Family Center at NYU Langone Health is hosting a webinar on Skills for Adult ADHD: Prioritizing and To-Do Lists on Thursday, May 13, 7:30-8:30pm (Eastern Time). This is the final session in a four-session series that is open to all veterans, active duty service members, and family members of veterans or active duty service members regardless of whether you are a current patient of the Cohen Military Family Center at NYU. It is open to those who are current patients of the Center, former patients of the Center, or not current or former patients of the Center. You can drop in to any webinar, you don’t have to commit to them all. This series is being offered as an intro to or a refresher of skills that can be helpful in managing the challenges of Adult ADHD.
