Speaker Carl E. Heastie and the US Military invite you to join them at the Bay Eden Senior Center for a Monthly Ruck March on Saturday, August 13, 6am.  Open to veterans, auxilliary cadets, and members of the community.

The group will meet at 6am at the senior center; the march will begin at 6:15am.

This is a 1-2 mile hike at your own pace under supervision of active and retired members of the military to enhance health, wellness, and fitness.  The course is 1-3 laps around Cardinal Spellman High School.

Bring a hydration source such as a water bottle or energy drink, and light snacks.  Wear comfortable shoes for beginners or military style boots for experienced participants.

The Ruck March will take place the 2nd Saturday of every month.
