Military Veterans in Journalism will host the 2022 MVP Convention in Washington, D.C., Thursday, October 6 - Saturday, October 8.

#MVJ2022 is the preeminent experience for the journalism world to put #MoreVetsInNews.

This year’s annual gathering will be our first ever in-person convention.

Journalists, non-profit professionals, newsroom leaders, and other supporters of newsroom diversity will gather in Washington, D.C. at the Reserve Organization of America to share, learn and connect with each other while focusing on supporting the under-represented community of military veterans in journalism.

This convention is an opportunity for organizations to engage with military veterans directly and learn more about their community. Recruiters can meet one-on-one for interviews, creating an intentional recruitment experience.
