Vets2Industry Virtual Networking Circuit Event
Vets2Industry presents a Virtual Dress for Success & Networking Circuit Event on January 30, 2-7pm (ET). The event is open to veterans, business professionals in any industry, military spouses, Gold Star family members, and working age dependent children.
The first 30 minutes will include a welcome address by founder Brian Arrington, introduction of the keynote speaker, and rules of engagement. Then the breakout groups begin: stay as long as you want, leave when you want, and come back as desired.

Posse Veterans Program
The Posse Veterans Program identifies, trains, and supports groups of ten veterans who will pursue their bachelor's degrees together at Vassar College, Wesleyan University, or the University of Virginia. Posse Veterans Scholars receive pre-collegiate training, continued mentoring, career guidance, and guaranteed full-tuition coverage beyond federal benefits. Take NYC Edge4Vets Online Workshop Series on April 9 & 23, 1-2:30pm (ET). The series will prepare you for jobs that can lead to great careers. They offer two Zoom sessions, two weeks apart. In Zoom One, you learn how to create a draft Plan4Success for an “edge” to get hired. You’ll have two weeks to work at your own pace to finalize your plan. Then come back for Zoom Two, where they connect you to HR reps at partner companies to help you match your skills and interests in your plan to job opportunities.

Veterans Business Battle serves as a forum to connect veterans with investors, advisers, and resources. Finalists attend workshops geared toward businesses in early stages of development, network with potential investors and learn from other entrepreneurial success stories.
