At TMF, they believe it’s our duty to stand in for the families of the fallen by visiting and honoring those who have sacrificed for our country on this national day of remembrance. Help them pay tribute to our nation’s fallen heroes in a special way.
The Travis Manion Foundation has opened registration for the Virtual Manion WOD 2022. This virtual event will take place April 29, 2022- May 1, 2022.
Dedicated to 1st Lt Travis Manion, USMC, the Manion WOD (Workout Of the Day) is designed to bring veterans, families of the fallen, and the TMF community together to honor our fallen heroes. CrossFit boxes, GORUCK clubs, and gyms throughout the country host the WOD and individuals participate virtually - from their garages, front lawns, or wherever they are.
This strenuous workout is a yearly reminder that we can push harder, go further, and be stronger to honor the heroes who have gone before us.
Join TMF for the 2022 Virtual Manion WOD - you'll break a sweat, build character, and walk away with a Manion WOD tee!

Travis Manion Foundation’s premiere Spartan Leadership Program connects purpose with passion to hone and leverage the leadership of our nation’s heroes. The 7-month program offers an innovative way for veterans and families of fallen heroes to learn and embrace the framework of Spartan Leadership, which begins with self-development and culminates in building a lasting legacy of service.
Through intentional practice and learning that blends virtual and in-person experiences, the Spartan Leadership Program is aimed at developing personal growth and leadership among veterans and survivors, who we believe are uniquely positioned to motivate communities toward meaningful change. Rooted in the principles of character-based education and positive psychology, the program's curriculum is delivered by best-in-class, like-minded professionals who share our passion for empowering veterans and families of the fallen.
