Team RWB Bronx offers Yin Yoga Vibes on March 19, 7:45 – 9:30pm. Great for everyone: runners, triathletes, cyclists, yogis. It’s 90 minutes of passive-form yoga, performed in a warm room. Postures are done mainly on the mat. Postures are held longer to allow access to deep tissue. The time spent in these postures is much like the time spent in meditation.
