Team RWB DEFY Nation Virtual Baseline Workout

Team RWB teams up with Former Denver Bronco and Pro Football Hall of Famer Terrell Davis and Navy SEAL Eric Frohardt for DEFY Nation, a new workout series for veterans and others looking to "defy" the challenges in their lives, on June 10. 

This week Nike Master trainer Ash Wilkins leads you through a baseline workout. The workout program features simple movements: squats, hinges (deadlifts), pushes/presses, pulls, and an anti-rotational element. The workouts will be done with minimal equipment including bodyweight, household items, dumbbells, kettlebells, or whatever you have.
