End your Monday with a little bit of mindfulness/meditation. Join the zoom chat for a short Mindful Awareness/Meditation exercise by Matt Kiddoo. Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Participate in a short Awareness of Breath exercise followed by another mindfulness exercise or a short iRest Yoga Nidra session.
