Join Team RWB for Mindfulness Monday Meditation on August 17, 8:30pm (EST)! Join the Zoom chat for a short Awareness of Breath exercise followed by a Loving Kindness meditation and discussion led by Matt Kiddoo. While breathing comes natural, it is the "anchor" that allows everyone to better handle whatever life throws our way.
