Team RWB invites you to join them on Zoom for Mindful Meditation Monday on Monday, November 8, 8:30-9:00pm (EST).
End your Monday with a little bit of mindfulness through meditation! Join their Zoom chat for a short Mindful Awareness/Meditation exercise hosted by Matt. In this class, you will first focus on building awareness of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Then, Matt will guide the class through a short Awareness of Breath exercise followed by another mindfulness session or a short iRest Yoga Nidra practice. Haven't tried this class yet? Please do!
